Our repair shop can usually handle any issues locally or help you arrange shipment if you are a mail order customer. Our mail order customers can expect a full refund if the instrument they receive is not what they expected.

We want you as a customer for life so we offer full purchase price trade in value on instruments bought from our store, when you upgrade to a new, higher value instrument.
